Thank you to Creative Media Marketing inviting me to a lovely and meaningful event at
It was so great to learn about the beautiful products from Alba Botanica® that I received some of their products & really love them !
The event was to celebrated and revealed their Do Good, Do Beautiful grant program winners with special celebrity guest, Michelle Monaghan. Being a brand that strives to support female leaders, Alba Botanica® brand implemented the Do Good, Do Beautiful Grant Program. The Grant Program was designed to empower two female-led non-profit organizations that embody the brand’s long-standing mission to “Do Good” and support them with a donation to create, expand, or sustain a project in their non-profit organization. The inaugural panelists listed below reviewed over 250 heartfelt and powerful entries, which made their decision to award the grants even more challenging.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this brand I think this is so smart to give back to beautiful organizations and to showcase their work to others. I hope more brands will do things like this in the future.
The award-winning female-led organizations were Emilee Spear of Rusty’s Angels Sanctuary and Kat Welton of The Barn for Equine Learning, each beneficiaries of $15,000. Emilee and Kat can now create, expand, or sustain projects at their organizations with these grant funds.
Senior dogs can be sure to find a caring home inside the Sanctuary.
Most of their rescues come to them because their owner has passed away or has moved into a nursing home situation. As long as the dog is healthy enough to handle a transition into a new home then they their best to find the perfect forever home. If the dog is not healthy enough then they live out whatever time they have left at the sanctuary knowing unconditional love until the very end. I love this organization and so glad to have heard about it from this event.

This I am so in love with that they do this : For almost seven decades, CARE has been fighting to eradicate global poverty by providing programs to help strengthen the world’s poorest communities. These programs place special focus on women, because when equipped with proper resources, women can be catalysts for positive change that benefits everyone around them. Alba Botanica® brand joins forces with CARE as one of the founding partners of the Empower Her Through Education Campaign, a 3-year partnership intended to help break down the barriers of education that too many girls in developing countries face. Their goal is to improve access to education to help some of the 31 million girls around the globe who don’t go to school. They hope that one day the level of education being offered to young women will be on par with that of young men. They want to help girls learn to read and write and to open their minds to learning how to think, dream, and lead. https://www.albabotanica.com/en/care-partnership/
The event was at the coolest space too PROJECT FARMHOUSE : Environmental non-profit GrowNYC has been working alongside residents to transform communities and empower residents to make our city clean, healthy and sustainable. The first Greenmarket opened in 1976 and since then, the organization has been operating the largest open air farmers’ market in the country, building and maintaining community and school gardens, offering hands-on education for all ages, and running a citywide recycling outreach program. Project Farmhouse grew out of the idea of creating a central location where New Yorkers of all stripes can get closer to our food, to the land and to our neighbors. Despite being the largest city in the U.S., New York does not have a center for environmental issues– such as we do for photography, or cultural heritage or art. As the impacts of climate change are apparent, a need for an international center for learning, discussion and action is critical. Project Farmhouse gives sustainability a platform for dialogue and action – the first of its kind. A broad, dynamic range of programming gets hands dirty, plant ideas and foster healthier, greener decisions and actions. https://www.projectfarmhouse.org/about/
