I started seeing a lot of attention around CAULIPOWER so I needed to see what it was all about and I can say I have now joined the Cauli-Revolution.
The truth of the matter is and this is a true testimony a bit personal but honest :
I am a 43 year old woman going through another round of IVF ( I suffer from infertility) which means tons of meds on top of it I have two forms of blood clotting disorder so that means extra types of medicine so I haven’t felt my best and my appetite isn’t strong so I am very picky these days on what I want to eat…. I have to say that these pizzas have been my go to for some of my lunches. Beyond not feeling 100% I still want to eat healthy and feel like I am getting nutrition. So it to me has been so helpful with providing an easy lunch with some amazing nutrition and benefits and I felt good eating it! When you have a form of autoimmune issue ( blood clotting issues ) plus going through fertility issues you want to eat healthy foods — you also want comfort foods so I think this really helped me through some of these rough times. I was so excited to learn about Caulipower.
So if I wasn’t going through all of that this Caulipower would still be amazing – it is such a great idea to serve if you are having family over or friends and want to do a little appetizer — it will be a hit. The crust is so yummy and everything is so fresh. I tried to take some up close photos so you can see all the veggies and all the freshness up close. It is amazing to me how fresh it is even coming out of the freezer.
These are the three I tried :

CAULIPOWER was born on a Pinterest fail. Really. As the mom of two boys with Celiac – an autoimmune disease leaving their bodies unable to process gluten – she tried desperately to find nutritious, gluten-free options that weren’t filled with fat, sugar, salt and calories. She was looking for recipes and found a lot for cauliflower crust pizza. She started to create it and it took a bit of time about 90 minutes. So she decided to focus and create – CAULIPOWER.

Through a partnership with noted child-nutrition activist and health advocate Kelly Meyer, these gardens become real-life learning laboratories for students to learn what it means to be healthy.
