CENTRAL PARK CREATIVE TIME DRIFTING IN DAYLIGHT

DSC05715

On May 15th, Creative Time and Central Park Conservancy unveiled Drifting in Daylight, throughout Central Park. We took the dogs and headed over.

Drifting in Daylight includes performative, participatory, and perceptual work by artists Spencer Finch, Alicia Framis, Nina Katchadourian, Ragnar Kjartansson, Marc Bamuthi Joseph, David Levine, Karyn Olivier, and Lauri Stallings + glo.

It was free which is always a bonus and it was really lovely.

This was my favorite exhibition :

We all scream for ice cream – I love this solar powered ice cream truck. We had free ice cream – even Barrett wanted some !

SPENCER FINCH’S SUNSET (CENTRAL PARK)

Each ice cream cone was supposed to reflect the colors of the sunset on our Saturday we just had blue – grey cones I was hoping for a peach or pink or something more decadent but the ice cream itself tasted pretty delicious and refreshing.
